Requirements:
- • University graduate
- • About 2 years of experience in Accounting
- • Knowledge of Fixed Assets process
- • Fluency in English and German language (min. B2)
- • Good knowledge of SAP system
- • Good knowledge of Excel/PPT/Word
- • Very good analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- • Managing fixed assets (master data, depreciation, cost center changes etc.)
- • Independent fixed assets classification based on a central instruction
- • Confident handling of the standard reports? addition list, retirement list, asset history sheet
- • Carrying out a full inventory based on a central instruction
- • Compilation of documents for special requirements (e.g. auditor, team leader)
- • Analytical understanding of the Asset History Sheet
- • Process oriented understanding of Fixed Assets from order to retirement
