Requirements:
- • Higher education would be an asset
- • Previous experience in O2C domain - preferably in collection area
- • Fluent Turkish
- • Very good English skills
- • Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
- • Excellent analytical skills
- • Strong customer orientation
- • Problem solving and sound judgement skills
Responsibilities:
- • Responsible for collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables
- • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
- • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
- • Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money
- • Building relationships with external customers
- • Maintaining and reconciling AR accounts
- • Collaboration with client, customers, and other departments
