JOB DESCRIPTION


Requirements:

  • • Education background: Full-time bachelor degree or above (food, nutrition, medicine, chemistry related majors are preferred).
  • • Work experience: more than 5 years of working experience in FMCG, nutrition and health products market, more than 3 years of sales experience in B2B key accounts, and sales experience in customized OEM/ODM products/projects.
  • • Professional ability: good ability to maintain and expand key customers, clear sales strategy and negotiation ability with headquarters.
  • • Collaboration ability: good project management ability, interpersonal communication ability and team spirit.
  • • Ability and quality: Have good learning ability, summary ability and adaptability, can quickly learn product knowledge, provide customized solutions according to customer needs, and can adapt to business trips.
  • • Have a strong sense of enterprise and pioneering spirit.
  • • Proficient in spoken English.

Responsibilities:

  • • Seek out client program opportunities (mainly ingredients, food, dairy, milk, solid drinks, health care products), including potential customers list.
  • • Evaluate new market and product, business opportunities, market trends and viable strategies for company products.
  • • Develop sales strategy: understand the industry, channels, competitors and other information. Assist the company to formulate the industry and customer market development strategy; according to the industry customer development and key customer information, formulate the sales strategy and development plan of the responsible area and channel customers.
  • • Maintenance of key accounts: maintain the business of existing customers and the development of new projects, expand and promote existing sales and penetrate new products, and achieve the implementation of annual sales targets and sales plans for key accounts.
  • • New customer development: visit key customers regularly, develop potential new customers in the region, and achieve performance growth targets.
  • • Project management: coordinate and follow up the communication of the company's internal departmental processes and internal support teams to ensure the implementation of the project.
  • • Responsible for the excavation, analysis, public relations, contract signing and payment collection of projects in the region under its jurisdiction.
