PTP Accountant with Italian - Lodz

JOB DESCRIPTION


Requirements:

  • • Very good command of English and Italian (C1)
  • • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • • 2 years of experience in PTP area
  • • Experience in ERP system is a plus
  • • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
  • • Higher education (at least Bachelor degree)

Responsibilities:

  • • Preparation and posting of PO and non-PO invoices
  • • GR/IR reconciliation and follow up
  • • Preparation of payment proposals
  • • Responding to vendor queries (via e-mail)
  • • Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Pay process
  • • Preparation of closing reports
  • • Creation and update of process documentation
