- • Fluent English and French (B2)
- • University graduation diploma
- • S&P experience
- • Corporate / customer experience
- • Customer orientation
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Team player
- • At least secondary education (High School diploma)
- • Analytical skills
- • Working knowledge of Excel
- • SAP knowledge would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- • Purchase order creation and order confirmation
- • Invoice mismatch resolution
- • PO modification
- • Handling queries
- • Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
- • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of S&P processes
- • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
