Supply Chain Specialist with French - Lodz

Requirements:

• • Very Good French (C2)
• • Good English (min. B1)
• • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics
• • Experience with SAP
• • Analytical skills
• • Customer orientation and proactive approach
• • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• • Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
• • Bachelor's degree
• • Very good teamwork

Responsibilities:

• • Missing parts management: Plan & Schedule the purchase & arrival of parts to assure the parts arrive on time.
• • Manual PO Placement
• • Collaboration with suppliers: Track and follow up open orders with suppliers via weekly reporting & supplier's collaboration platform.
• • Standard Parts Stock Transfer - internal part relocations between plants
• • Dispute Management: to solve reception and technical issues post item reception.
• • Managing stock parameters in the system and setting the corrective actions if needed
• • Communication with the Production to give visibility on the situations
• • Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization
• • Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
• • Frequent analysis of the status and identification and implementation of the corrective actions
• • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
• • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
