T&E Accounting Assistant with German - Lodz

Requirements:

• • English & German language level on at least B2
• • Good organization, eye for detail, communication & customer orientation skills
• • Previous experience in Finance or SSC/BPO is recommended
• • University graduate with a degree in Finance & Accounting or other Business related discipline would be an asset
• • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule if necessary to meet peak demands (such as Fiscal Year End Closing)
• • Knowledge of SAP / Concur would be an asset
• • Feel comfortable with working with MS Office: Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities:

• • Daily processing of expense reports in accordance with documented policies & procedures
• • Respond to e-mail & telephone customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• • Perform corrections of expense reports, manual bookings, rebooking
• • Provide recommendations for any improvement in audit procedures or other activities
• • Adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
• • Support in deployment of new tools & applications
• • Update and/or create Standard Operating Procedures, take part in Time Study measurements and Risk Assessments
• • Escalate issues appropriately and in timely manner to supervisor
