Requirements:
- • English & German language level on at least B2
- • Good organization, eye for detail, communication & customer orientation skills
- • Previous experience in Finance or SSC/BPO is recommended
- • University graduate with a degree in Finance & Accounting or other Business related discipline would be an asset
- • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule if necessary to meet peak demands (such as Fiscal Year End Closing)
- • Knowledge of SAP / Concur would be an asset
- • Feel comfortable with working with MS Office: Excel, Outlook
Responsibilities:
- • Daily processing of expense reports in accordance with documented policies & procedures
- • Respond to e-mail & telephone customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- • Perform corrections of expense reports, manual bookings, rebooking
- • Provide recommendations for any improvement in audit procedures or other activities
- • Adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
- • Support in deployment of new tools & applications
- • Update and/or create Standard Operating Procedures, take part in Time Study measurements and Risk Assessments
- • Escalate issues appropriately and in timely manner to supervisor
